Troubleshooting Login Issues

Forgot password: Click "Forgot Password", enter email, check inbox for reset link. Password requires 8+ characters, uppercase, number, special character. Invalid credentials: Check email spelling, verify case-sensitive password, try copy/paste. Account locked after 5 failed attempts: Wait 30 minutes or use password reset. Deactivated accounts: Contact admin to reactivate. Session expired: Simply log in again. Browser issues: Clear cache/cookies, try incognito mode, update browser (Chrome 90+ recommended). Two-factor authentication problems: Check SMS, request new code, use backup codes, contact admin to reset 2FA. Account not found: Verify email, check with admin. Wrong organization: Use organization selector (top right). Mobile app: Update to latest version, check internet. Contact support@medcompliance.com or call 1-800-NFPA-99 if still unable to log in.
