Email Notification Issues

Not receiving emails: Check spam/junk folder, mark MedCompliance as "Not Spam". Whitelist noreply@medcompliance.com and support@medcompliance.com in Gmail, Outlook settings. Verify email address in Settings → Profile, check for typos, update if wrong. Check notification preferences at Settings → Notifications, ensure types enabled (inspection scheduled, reports, reminders). Choose frequency: instant, daily digest, weekly summary. Role-based notifications vary (technicians get assignments, clients get reports, admins get all). Delays up to 15 minutes normal, over 1 hour check settings. Too many emails: Switch to daily digest or disable specific types. Wrong recipient: Update organization contacts. Bouncing emails: Update address, clear inbox space, contact IT. Test notifications: Send test email from settings. Contact support@medcompliance.com if still not receiving.
