All technician and healthcare facility accounts are created by your service provider

If you're a Technician:

Your service company admin must create your account. Ask them to add you to their MedCompliance system.

If you're a Healthcare Facility:

Your NFPA 99 service provider must create your account. Contact them to request access to your compliance reports.
