How do I request access to the portal?

Visit our homepage and fill out the access request form. An administrator will review your request and send you login credentials via email once approved.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Navigate to the Tickets section in your dashboard and click "Create Ticket". Select your preferred date and time from available slots, add any notes about your service needs, and submit your request.

Where can I find my inspection reports?

All your reports and files are available in the Reports section of your dashboard. You can view, download, and organize your documents there. Reports are uploaded by our technicians after each service visit.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we'll send you instructions to reset your password.

How do I update my profile information?

Go to your Profile page from the dashboard menu. You can update your name, phone number, company, and address. For changes to your email address, please contact support.

What file formats are supported for reports?

The portal supports common file formats including PDF documents, images (JPG, PNG), and various document types. All files are securely stored and accessible only to you and authorized personnel.
