Contact Support →Visit our homepage and fill out the access request form. An administrator will review your request and send you login credentials via email once approved.
Navigate to the Tickets section in your dashboard and click "Create Ticket". Select your preferred date and time from available slots, add any notes about your service needs, and submit your request.
All your reports and files are available in the Reports section of your dashboard. You can view, download, and organize your documents there. Reports are uploaded by our technicians after each service visit.
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we'll send you instructions to reset your password.
Go to your Profile page from the dashboard menu. You can update your name, phone number, company, and address. For changes to your email address, please contact support.
The portal supports common file formats including PDF documents, images (JPG, PNG), and various document types. All files are securely stored and accessible only to you and authorized personnel.
